4. Referral terms
Florida Buyer Broker exchanges buyer referrals with licensed Florida brokerages under a written referral agreement. Referral fees are paid broker to broker at closing. By registering I confirm I am an active licensee, that my broker approves of referral arrangements, and that buyer details shared with me are confidential and used only to serve that buyer.
Read the referral agreement that your broker of record will be asked to accept for each customer. Only the broker can accept it; it is emailed to them when you take on a customer.
