Florida Buyer Broker is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage practicing single agency: we represent buyers and never represent the buyer and seller in the same transaction. Contact: broker@floridabuyerbroker.com When you contact us, please include your desired location: the city and county you are looking in.
Visitors. Standard server logs and the information you type into an inquiry form (name, email, phone, the city and county you are looking in, and your message).
Buyers who register. Your name, contact details, home address, co-buyer details, how you heard about us, your search criteria (price range, size, property types, areas, features), timing and availability, and the financing and qualification answers you choose to give us (paying cash, lender, loan amount, pre-qualification and pre-approval dates, employment status, and an optional credit score range). We also record your acknowledgment of our single agency disclosure, confidentiality agreement and buyer representation notice, with the time and IP address.
Sellers and agents. Your name, contact details, the property information and photos you submit, your license and brokerage (agents), payment records for listing fees, and your acknowledgment of the same disclosures.
To run the service you signed up for: publishing listings, matching listings to registered buyers, sending match alerts and status updates, arranging showings and introductions, collecting listing fees, and meeting our record-keeping duties under Florida real estate law.
Buyer identities are never shown to sellers or agents. A seller sees only an anonymized card: a reference number, how closely the buyer’s criteria fit the home, a budget band, target areas, timing, and whether the buyer is pre-approved or paying cash. Financing details, lender information, credit range and contact details are visible only to Florida Buyer Broker staff. Introductions happen through us, with the buyer’s agreement.
Service providers that process data on our behalf: our website host, Microsoft 365 (email and a SharePoint mirror of listings, buyers, orders and intro requests used by our staff), the n8n automation service that sends our notifications, and Stripe for listing-fee payments (we never see or store card numbers). Sellers and agents receive the anonymized buyer card described above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use the cookies WordPress needs to keep you logged in and to remember form choices. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Listings and buyer profiles stay on file while your account is active and for the period Florida real estate record-keeping rules require afterwards. You can ask us to deactivate your buyer profile at any time.
You can update your buyer criteria and contact details from your dashboard, change how often you receive match emails, or ask us to deactivate or delete your profile by contacting us at the address above. Florida residents and residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights to access, correct or delete their information; write to us and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
